Returns

We accept returns only if the shoe size is too big or too small.

- Returns must be requested within 7 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unused, and in their original condition.

- Shoes must be returned with their original packaging and any included accessories.

- Items that have been worn, damaged, or altered may not be accepted for a size return.

Refunds

Sneaker Haven does not offer refunds.

If your return is approved because the size is too big or too small, we will assist with a size exchange, subject to availability.
